Wake Vocational Center is a start-up NGO in Kenya focused on children and youth. We believe every child deserves the chance to learn, to develop their talents and to be ready for a digital future.
Wake Vocational Center was founded by people who grew up seeing both sides of opportunity — what a single mentor, a school fee paid on time, or a coach who believes in you can change.
The organisation is in its founding stage. We are completing registration, building a volunteer team and raising the equipment we need to run our first sessions. We would rather tell you exactly where we are than pretend to be bigger than we are.
[TO CONFIRM] Founder's name, photo and personal story — to be added after interview.
A community where every child and young person can learn, develop their talent and step confidently into the future.
To support children and youth through education, sports talent development and digital and AI learning — delivered honestly, safely and in partnership with the community.
We say what is running and what is planned. Our reports and this website tell the truth about our stage of growth.
Every activity involving children follows our Child Safeguarding Policy — consent, supervision and clear reporting.
We build with parents, schools and local partners, not around them.
Academic, athletic, creative or technical — a child's gift deserves a path.
The founding team is being assembled. Names and photos will be published here as they are confirmed — we would rather show an honest placeholder than invent people.
